Gates open 8:00 AM Thursday; Vendors must be set up by 9:00 PM Wednesday night before the gates open.

Payment Terms: |
Fees are to be paid by check via mail, or call (813) 917-1909 for payment via credit/debit card. Event entry is not included in fees; all vending areas ABOVE 10'x10' receive a Buy One - Get One ticket for event entry.

Early Reservation Incentive: |
To have your vendor information added to the official Roscoe's Chili Challenge website on this year’s roster, please forward via email or US mail your business card along with short description of your products and business BY July 31st. If you have a website or FACEBOOK page please forward the URL/link via email ASAP.

Parking: |
Because of limited space, parking is not automatically included into the vending fees. Please speak to the Vendor Coordinator(s) regarding parking arangemetns for vendors.
